Release Hearings

When charged with a Crime in Arizona, one of the first priorities is to have the accused released from custody. Depending on the crime and whether or not the accused has a prior criminal record this may require a bond in order obtain a release. Attorney Chad Pajerski can assist in securing the release from custody and can advise defendants and their families on situations that require bail, when a warrant has been issued for arrest, or conditions of self surrender.
